Spider-Man Turn off the Dark had a unique spider-emblem on the otherwise standard costume.
Those spider-shaped bolas remind me of what Anya Corazon used when she was originally known as Arana to get around New York City, well before Spider-Island gave her standard spider-powers plus organic webbing and camouflage (debatable whether it's shadow-camouflage or "regular" camouflage, though).
Pretty interesting look.
The spider is always on the hunt.

A peak we get of the Spider-Man costume featured in Daredevil End of Days. The costume only appears in this panel. It is a very bizarre looking suit.

I hate to be the burster of bubbles & dreams, but...
This is not a real thing.
This is a mashup of the Ted Kord era BLUE BEETLE design with a Kirby GIANT-MAN design and a lifted Jack Kirby signature.
This image was done as a prank in a fanzine and, thanks to the internet, has been taken out of context and has taken on a life of its own. :-(
I really liked the SPIDER-MAN JACKET visual that Spidey wore for the final scenes of the show!
It was meant to be symbolic-- like he was still actually in his Spider-Man suit-- but this way you could see that it was the main star singing AND doing the wall-crawling and web-swinging (as opposed to one of their many stunt doubles).

That jacket looked awesome. And it was always weird to me that they didn't sell a version of it at the gift shop. Though twice I saw fans cosplaying with homemade versions of the jacket, while they were waiting by the stage door to try to get autographs. (But to be fair, it might have been the *same* guy both times.)
The show gets a LOT of flack, but I really feel that everyone in the cast gave it their all and really brought a lot of energy and fun to each performance. I saw the original version of SM:TOTD twice... and that was really rough. One time, Joe Quesada treated us all with surprise tickets after a full day of one of the Marvel Retreats. I was sitting between Jason Aaron and Kieron Gillen. I had already purchased tickets for a few weeks later, but I figured "Why not go twice?"...
...later, they brought in Spider-Man writer (who also wrote for Broadway and TV), Roberto Augirre-Sacassa, to do a completely new pass on the book/script/story. And THAT version, the 2nd version of the show was SO much better! SM:TOD comped me free tickets for the premiere of the new show, and I became such a big booster of that new-and-improved version that they invited me back for two more goes. I really did think it was good, goofy fun. And the soundtrack is pretty damn good!
The costume from the SPIDER-MAN voting PSA was a pretty good live action suit!

The same cannot be said for the SPIDER-MAN costume from the Turkish 3 DEV ADAM movie.

Web-Man. A Doctor Doom created copy that appeared in an issue of Spidey Super Stories.
And it would not be the last time he did that, as per his death in Grim Hunt.
Come to think of it, you can invert the color scheme in Insomniac Games' Spider-Man 2's Advanced Suit for Peter Parker and get more-or-less exactly a modern rendition of Web-Man.
The spider is always on the hunt.
These Spider-Monsters below are from some issue in the Clone Saga. IIRC, they were illusions created by Mysterio. I forgot the details.

That image I posted is the first time we see Kaine with the Spider-Man costume, a foreshadowing that he is a clone of Peter Parker
