This is what he looked like.

Ah, 90s. Glorious 90s. Considering that virtual reality is increasingly verging on becoming reality nowadays . . . maybe someone should dust this off and try again --- with better art, of course.

Here's a Peter from an alternate reality seen in a Death's Head comic.

Years later they'd do another story from this reality, only this time Peter was dead and Spider-Woman was wearing the outfit.

Any love for Spider-Man’s Electro-proof costume from ASM#425?

    Which Spider-Woman? Julia Carpenter?

Seriously, why do the toylines get character designs that would be cool to see in other media?

Action figures should be a goldmine for obscure designs.
On that note, I loved the old Megamorphs limited series.

The art was top notch and the writing was just pure fun.

Here's an interesting Spider-man for you.

After taking enough damage in battle, Spider-man turns into Batman!

Yeah, that was pretty cool. I found that out looking up designs I could use for a "Cyborg Ninja"-style Spider-Man in a fanfic revamp of the Marvel Mangaverse.

The pre-Dikto Spider-Man design by Kirby.

The original 1950s Spidey design that Ditko stole.
