Default Omni Man (Invincible TV) vs Scion (Worm)

    Who takes it?

Bonus: comic version of Omni vs Scion if there's a great difference

I think that Scion drastically out haxes him

Scion continually regenerates his body using biomass stored in another dimension, no? I'd think eventually at some point Omni Man will tire out, and Scion could finish him off with his golden laser beams that IIRC were capable of wiping out cities and cleaving up large land masses.

Again, I don't know if this counts for the animated series but, in the comics, city busting doesn't really do much to Viltrumites of Nolan's level.

Mark took a nuke to the face and wasn't apparently bothered by it and later took a specialised explosion that reduced the entirety of Las Vegas to a flat plane of glass and he was a bit dazed but not really hurt.

    Just some minor clarifications here.

Scion's "body", the "golden man", is a projection. It's basically a hard-light hologram projected from the actual being which lives several dimensions over. It has also locked the standard ways into the dimensions, so the only way to enter it 'through' the body, and that's only if you hit the body with a transdimensional blast.

Also, the golden beams, at least when he started exerting himself in Golden Morning, were described as wiping out a continent in one shot. But at that point, the humans were hopping between dimensions like mad trying to stay in front of him and away from inhabited Earths.

So as it is, I do not think that Omniman has anything that can actually put Scion down, not without being dropped on the true body. And I think continent-busting should be at least enough to damage Nolan. If not, technically Scion has other Shards to pull abilities from, but what he has specifically is up in the air.

One thing he definitely has is a Stilling power that removes all motion in a target.

But he'd need to target and aim and land that power on a small localized area, no? Not sure what his best attack speeds feats are, but Omni-man at least in the TV show was shown blazing through an entire planet across multiple cities back and forth several times within the span of 1-2 seconds...

He can use it in a variety of ways, including AOE and on contact with him. And he has no need to make any physical movements while doing so.

He can hit the American East Coast from England, or from other dimensions. He can also designate what gets damaged by it, so he could create blast powerful enough to affect a whole continent but what only effects Omni-Man.

Omni-Man could probably dodge, but he'll tire eventually and once he does, it'll only take one hit

You seem to forget the reason Eidolon was so effective against Zion-
Zion is capable of "attuning" himself to certain forms of attack, virtually rendering any same or similar attack used in succession increasingly useless. Omni-man seems to be restricted to only physical forms of attack, so even assuming Zion (capable of instantaneous cross-dimensional teleportation and releasing attacks strong enough to raze everything within multiple dimensions near instantaneously) is managing to get attacked by Omni-man, it wouldn't do much past the first few strikes (which, seeing as Zion's avatar is capable of near-instantaneous regeneration, won't do much in of itself).
