Oh I got a lot on this one, but let's start with ORACLE
She's not just Bat Family mission control, she's Justice League liason and has access to every computer on earth, at least until Cyborg take that role in New 52.
I don't usually like Guillem March art but this one is so so PRETTY
Next up is Owlman. The one who killed his own family and obsessed with Dick Grayson in a creepy awesome perversion of Batman and Dynamic Duo.
Easily the best one out of the Evil Parody Team
Then of course, Oswald C.C.
He manages to stay as Gotham crime boss for years by being smart enough to stay under the radar and not attract the Batfam's attention. Up next is Ocean Master, New 52 version. Genuinely loves his people, if a bit xenophobic, okay, a lot, ended up becoming a dad and just being very cute. No I don't care what happens next, he's happily married dammit.
