For any of the telepaths there is the option of cheating and probing the mind of the person who hid them. A more sporting method would be to just telepathically use everyone else on the island as their eyes and cover more ground more quickly that way. On a similar note, Madrox would create an army of dupes to search everywhere as quick as possible.

Northstar and Aurora can both do high-speed searches. Same for Velocidad and any other speedsters on the island.

Eye-Boy's special vision would let him search more quickly, since he can search behind, below, around objects with his x-ray vision, etc.

Black Tom can use the greenery of the island itself to help him look.

Nightcrawler can just Bamf into a tree and use binoculars. If he wants he can cheat and see the people planting the eggs and do it that way.
