My choice would be "24 Hours" (Sandman, Vol. 2 #6):

Glenn Danzig's Verotika 1 (Featuring Grant Morrison on one of the stories)

It contains scenes of rape, murder, blood, mixing sex with angels and demons, plus golden showers.

er....not my thing....Danzig is a bit warped. I felt like I needed to take a shower to scrub it from my mind.

    I second that.

There are other manga as disturbing as Goblin Slayer. But one manga was particularly disturbing. The title is Uzumaki, a Japanese word for "spiral". It certainly gave me goosebumps

That's a lot of Garth Ennis comics.
    10. I am not ok with this
    9. Bastard
    8. Nailbiter
    7. The World Is Mine
    6. Ichi the Killer
    5. Fire punch
    4. Anything by Oshimi Shuzo
    3. Killing Stalking
    2. No longer human
    1. Goodnight Punpun - I haven't managed to finish this, it's not even that graphic compared to the comics above but the characters' ages make it hard to read.

FROM HELL was pretty disturbing. There was so much about the Ripper killings in that that I didn't know.

And also in the realm of documentary comic books, THE 9/11 REPORT by Sid Jacobson and Ernie Colón was disturbing. Then Jacobson and Colón did ANNE FRANK and left me in a deep dark hole of despair.

Superior Spiderman #4 where Massacre just kills that fast food restaurant full of people. Seeing the bodies just sit there. That was pretty graphic for me.

My ick tolerance must be pretty low.

Personally, I found Manhunter's discovery pretty disturbing in Golden Age. IMO, spoilers:
the most frightening The Ultra-Humanite has ever been.

Add Grant Morrisons Nameless as well as The Filth to the list.
There're also certain issues of The Impossibles where certain sadomasochistic fantasies of the Marquis De Sade are portrayed.

Whatever the Alan Moore comic was where the lizard fish monster has a gang bang and then eats all the people during and after it. Except for the blonde woman.
