Default Peter Parker vs The World

In a history you know thanks to its cinematic portrayal soon after a young Peter Parker was bitten by a genetically-engineered spider and gained super powers his Uncle Ben was gunned down in a car jacking attempt while waiting to pick Peter up from what he thought was the library, thus inspiring Peter to take up the duties of being a super hero with the persona known as Spiderman.

But in another reality just a breath away Peter received a full scholarship to the University of Toronto shortly after being bitten by the spider. The relieved financial pressure leads him to decide to postpone participating in the wrestling challenge he would have competed in otherwise, thus sparing his Uncle Ben his life and averting Parker's career as Spider-Man. He instead goes to Toronto after graduating to attend college.

While in college Parker takes up guitar as a hobby and finds that thanks to his enhanced speed and dexterity he is quite good at it. Good enough in fact he is asked by some new friends to join their band, Sex Bomb-omb, as its new bass player. For a few years his life is relatively routine and uneventful. And then a girl named Ramona Flowers skated through his head. Smitten, Parker pursued her and they started going out. And that's when Parker's life got decidedly more interesting, as Ramona's seven evil exes entered the picture...

And this is the point where I ask what happens next? Does Parker choose to face the exes so he can keep seeing Ramona or does he abandon the relationship, thinking it's not worth it? If he does stick with Ramona, does he prevail or will he go down in defeat? And how do events affect the fortune of his band, Sex-Bomb-omb?

I, The Watcher, pose this question to you all...

What If Peter Parker Had To Face The League of Evil Exes?

    A. Maguire Parker

    B. Garfield Parker

    C. Holland Parker (Snap never happened due to Parker never being on Titan making Tony feel more free to take greater risks in the fight with Thanos. Or maybe his absence from the airport in Civil War enables Cap's side go get a more decisive win and Tony doesn't have a chance to catch up with Steve and Bucky at the Hydra Base, so the Avengers get back together sooner and they're all on Titan. And this doesn't violate Strange not seeing any other winning possibilities because this change happened before he used the Time Stone to look forward. He only saw all the possibilities from his point forward, not how things could have gone differently earlier).

Its kind of hard to say. There is a lot of weird stuff going on in the Scott Pilgrim universe. Since he's not being Spider-Man at all, and due to the nature of the universe I'd think he'd probably fight the evil exes, and he wouldn't have quite the guilt complex that would prevent him from being more selfish about using his powers so openly. All three spidermen seemed fairly motivated by romance and assuming they were as into Romana as Scott was, (they all have different personalities then Scott so its hard to say), even if they didn't maybe they'd want to help her get away from the exes. Over all they should do fine. Peter assuming he has actual musical talent probably puts more work into the band as well, granting them more sucess and making Stills happy.

Also I dont see how Cap winning the civil war would make things better for Infinity War at all, but thats aside from the topic.

I thought the thread would be about Spider Man being evil.

I think Peter can handle most of them, but he's gonna be just as reliant on plot contrivance as Scott was to bail him out against the vegan. Todd breaks the power curve. You can make a case for Scott being way stronger than Peter, but the only feat that gets there from the comics or movie (kicking a guy so hard he sees the curvature of the earth) hinges on Scott being an unreliable narrator.
