The Joker (DC) manages to sneak into the MCU and somehow Borrows Loki's powers for One Day (24 hours). He then makes it back to DC Gotham to have some fun. What would it take to stop him?
Note: So as not to make this too hard, these are basic Loki powers. No power boosts or other added enhancements.
The Joker is in Character and prone to do what the Joker often does.
