In a Straight fight with no gear? I'm having trouble thinking of a Scrooge Mc Duck feat that would make him stronger than Spider-Man.

To be fair, Kingpin was only stronger than an extremely young Spider-Man. Adult Spidey should be more than capable of casually crumpling even Classic Fisk like a sheet of tissue paper.

I think that comic Scrooge's feat of tearing apart a steamboat in a fit of rage should put him as at least on the same tier as Classic Fisk.

If we're talking comic Scrooge, he singlehandedly brought a steamboat down, beat up a horde of wild animals (IIRC, lions, bears, an elephant, maybe?), regularly takes on a variety of adventures and enemies (including giants, monsters, ghosts, etc.), he could do decently well. The DuckTales versions, though, would very likely lose... although I could see newer DuckTales Scrooge doing okay for a bit until his cane gets snapped.

Me neither. I suspect it’s fairly challenging though.

Always bet on the Duck. A philosophy to live by.

It's actually canon in the latest Ducktales series that Scrooge is tough/has some kind of technique for swimming through gold, and it's not JUST a toon thing. He tells Dewey not to dive into the bin because he'd hurt himself. (I couldn't find the clip on YouTube to share)
