Beefing up the old home security, huh?You bet yer ass.
Went from one of my least favorite shows to one of my favorites in literally one episode. Ever since it started (forced to watch it) I thought it was a terrible show because the situation, as presented didn't make sense. And then I realized they were ahead of me all along.
What Lies Beneath -- Just because of the casting, I didn't expect the villain.
Melrose Place -- While I wouldn't call it a "mystery reveal", the reveal of Kimberly's scarred head left me traumatized as a child.
"Alias" - when Sydney realized she hadn't actually been recruited by the CIA...

Gone Girl
Rebecca
Gravity Falls - the creator made sure to leave clues, it made looking at fan theories entertaining. I still remember a Tumblr blog figuring out an ending before it was done.
Perfect Blue - best bait and switch from an animated movie
Get Out - certain interactions feel different after the twist is revealed.

december 21st has passed where are my superpowers?
The end of The Lords Of Salem.
Never mind the actual close of the film.
No on has mention The Sixth Sense.
There came a time when the Old Gods died! The Brave died with the Cunning! The Noble perished locked in battle with unleashed Evil! It was the last day for them! An ancient era was passing in fiery holocaust!
The hammer claw to the head. I know a lot of people saw it coming, but the reveal that Cal was Dr Manhattan on "Watchmen" was a big surprise to me.

The movie Identity. Never saw the twist but it was obvious once it was revealed.
For TV, my favorite will always be the Green Goblin mystery from Spectacular Spider-Man
