It would be hard to believe if avengers don't know about human novissimo, post humans, all these experiments happening on humans to turn them into super powered weapons. Children of the vault. Where they Intel? What they do all day? Tony don't have a portable cerebro or mutant detector. I mean reed blocking the whole gene. Scott knows full well what is happening because he just helped the champions escape during outlaw obit stands to reason mutants already knew about the law.
.
I think as a previous poster said the undertones here are clear.

Don't let anyone else hold the candle that lights the way to your future because only you can sustain the flame.

Of course, all of this belies one important question:
Why not just send an e-mail?
Yes adam is our dad

Except if these kids are presumed to be mutants aren't they under Krakoan jurisdiction? Isn't that the point of the Avengers not handling it directly or investing it further/interceding? It's basically Krakoan policy that mutants will police their own, right? That was the deal with Sabretooth.
I'd get the tension if the Avengers were like "Yo, get your kids, we don't got time for their mess."
But this confrontation doesn't really make sense.
They're there going "This stuff is messed up, the people who do it are messed up and we have no power to prevent this messed up stuff... so maybe you guys should try and handle it before this escalates?"
Remember when Carol was so tight with the X-Men, Colossus offered Binary a spot on the team?
Sigh.
Honestly, considering we know her, Mystique getting on her high horse is rather grating.
