I think this really is Perry's only movie role he knows he can make money on. Remember he tried a serious acting career and it fizzled out with that Alex Cross adaption. Then he was in TMNT as Baxter Stockman and that movie bombed. If that Turtles sequel had taken off big , I'm thinking Perry would have taken bigger roles. But he's gotta go back to his main big gig and character he makes money with as we see.

that got such a howl out of the audience I saw that with in theaters.. I could tell the folks who recognized him...

It's been awhile that I saw that Star Trek reboot I'd forgotten he was in it, surprised J.J. Abrams didn't put in The Force Awakens.
