Jake is the much better combatant here, and at his larger sizes could probably match Bender's strength. His strechiness should also counter Bender's bending.

Bender is really durable though. He's swam in lava and I vaguely recall him falling from orbit. I'm not sure Jake can hurt him head on. But Jake should be able to shrink down and dissemble Bender from the inside. Is Jake fireproof? Because standard equipment for Bender should include some booze can turn into fire breath, which would potentially hurt Jake on his insides.

Not really, but he's both tough, AND when he wants to he can work through the pain.

I mean he did jump in an active boiling lava volcano that one time. The next scene was them in the hospital in full body casts, but hey.
