Yip, you've now been corrupted for life - doomed to live in a world where your fellow Americans will never understand why you keep going on about: bollocks, nosh and things going pear shaped. You have our sincerest apologies.

Soon you'll start craving sickly sweet, milky tea served in a mug....

Well, I was already there about three years ago. I've toned it down because some posters just don't appreciate a converted American.

I haven't seen a British stereotype that forced since Dick Van Dyke's cockney butchery in Mary Poppins.

This series has been wonderful, but it hurts a little to read knowing that Rucka lost his own dad recently.

Oh, do! He's done a lot of good stuff. Queen and Country is a great comic series if you like espionage (and the novels are worth picking up too). Two of his recent novels Alpha (terrorists attack a Disneyland expy) and its sequel, Bravo, are also good if you're into spy stories. His Wonder Woman run is also my all-time favorite; he really gets Diana as a multi-faceted character. Gotham Central is Law & Order, guest-starring Batman (I mean that in an entirely positive way). Not so much into his Wolverine run, but that's because of Wolverine, not Rucka. And there's tons more that I'm forgetting.

    Normal is relative.

I actually think the transition between the creative teams will be relatively seamless as they are very much in the same style for both writing and art (if Garron has the same fluid type inker it may be very hard to tell them apart). The problem is I think the issue delay and the announcement may have already terminiated any momentum the series may have, the sales drop was very heavy for such a fan and critic enjoyed book.
Tides change though, maybe a good push is all we need to get the baby on the right track.

Question about Cyclops. I don't read ANX (because... Bendis), but I have really been enjoying the Cyclops series. I just assumed he had been removed from ANX since he's spending months in space with his dad in his own book. But it doesn't seem like it from what I can see. is there any attempt to reconcile the fact that he's in two places, or is it basically ignored? Or am I wrong and he's not appearing in ANX?
