Probably team Naruto.

YYH has a kind of jank speed curve that isn't as deep as it needs to be and they also kind of peak at mountain busting which isn't really enough gun, One Piece guys are effectively all too straightforward in their abilities as physical brawlers, and Bleach only really has Ichigo operating on the higher level of per required to win this by himself and a lot of that is kind of speculation as he just didn't do that much in the final story arc.

Naruto and Sasuke have so many powers between them, a metric ton of firepower, a healthy amount of esoteric nonsense to bring to the table and very solid feats to back it all up.

Also, Sakura is there.

The One Piece team is coming in with a handicap, as between Sakura, Rukia, and Naruto's Harem Jutsu (when he realizes Sanji's glaringly obvious weakness), Sanji is going to be taken out easily.
