Animated Battle Beast or Comic Battle Beast?

Animated, they likely take him just because he's not got many feats and animated Mark is a bit less powerful than his comic counterpart. They are both pretty dang fast and hit hard enough that they can likely bring him down over time.

Comic, they can't really hurt him. Dude fights Thragg to the death for like... a week? He loses but that's well beyond Bang or Bomb's ability to handle. Plus, if he's fighting Thragg, he's got to be faster than both of them.

Animated Battle Beast is exceptionally tough and skilled, but he doesn't have the speed feats to hang with Bang yet. It will take some time to get past his durability but the old duo take it in the end with their pretty big speed advantage.
