The second wish, maybe 8-9? Her second wish feats could be interpreted in 2 ways. One is that based on showings her second wish didn't show anything above what her first wish did and was implied to do(give her everything Diana has).
The second way to take it is that her second wish did upgrade her to be able to fight upgraded Diana(who learned to fly, and was catching Lightning Bolts with her Lasso) but poor CGI and a bad fight sequence didn't allow her to show any of that.
Without splitting hairs they both could be 9s but there are 2 different oppinions on how much her second wish upgraded her over her first.

For Power Morphers of Choice, are we allowed to buy it five times to get the full set and get the full Megazord? Or 6 for the full Dragon Megazord?

The F4 powers might be 2 much but I'm putting it out there for others to judge.
The Eels are what created Electro from SM 2.
The fusion chamber is what made Absorbing Man from AOS.
The Wand is from Flash where WW was a meta but used the Wand to focus and boost his powers.And with that the rest of the Domino's will fall like a house of cards. Checkmate.

The Fantastic Four is a bit too high. I don't see them taking down Shazam for example. Maybe 9, between the Thing, Mr. Fantastic, Invinsible Woman it is highly defensive, and hard to kill, on top of a pretty ok offensive abilities with nova flame, and the Things strength and Invinsiblity. It can kill anything in there world like the colt, but grants some extra bonuses like turning into a demon on death, being immortal, enhanced strength, and Telekinesis, immunity to demonic, angelic and magical powers. So it is better then the colt at 5 but I’m not sure if it’s priced right.
