They never confirm. I think the reasoning is that books announced as miniseries sell less than ongoings, so even miniseries are marketed as ongoings.
With that said, a spin off book with minor characters is NOT long for this world unless it hits a homerun in sales (very unlikely) or appeals to a certain market (like a Kamala Khan book which is low in sales but translates into alot of money in other markets). So it's pretty safe to assume this book will probably be 10-12 issues and then it's done.
Glad Trinary is getting some spotlight.

This art is weird and surprisingly mediocre.
Reading List (Super behind but reading them nonetheless):
DC: Currently figuring that out
Marvel: Read above
Image: Killadelphia, Nightmare Blog
Other: The Antagonist, Something is Killing the Children, Avatar: TLAB
Manga: My Hero Academia, MHA: Vigilanties, Soul Eater: the Perfect Edition, Berserk, Hunter X Hunter, Witch Hat Atelier, Kaiju No. 8
Yes.
Monet and Archangel aren't leads. Archangel hasn't been interesting outside the Archangel drama and has always been treated as a secondary character, and Monet is popular but still a rising star with less decades of history compared to Angel.
There's nothing major about it. It doesn't even have a Wolverine! And most new X-books get at least two of those.
The art isnt doing it for me, but im still gonna try get past it cause i love M
Emma is the opposite of a devourer

Warren looks good in a white suit. Can't wait to see more of this.

agreeing that this art does not fit or look right. that plus her mediocre at best writing on Excalibur means this gets skipped and probably lasts as long as Fallen Angels did.
