I honestly don't pay attention to the minutiae anymore as I don't think the X-Office cares either, but maybe it was said somewhere else that other people do somehow do that part with or with out the main or backup cerebro when Xavier is tired, busy, or just wishing he was anywhere else.

LOL, gotta love the 90s, when guys had muscles in places you didn't even know existed.

You do know that almost everyone has a thing for both genders under the right conditions. Here leaving a better quality one:

I wish they would have made two types of comics for such issues, one which is 18+ and the other underaged. Of course, the 18+ costing more than the underaged one. So, we can all get plenty of eye candy with most of our well-known heroes or villains, for that matter.

As far as Jean capabilities go, I don't think that she needs Cerebro to restore someone's mind. She is an Omega Level Telepath. I am not surprised that she managed to recover his mind without Cerebro in the vicinity.

Jean is not a better or more skilled telepath than Xavier, she simply has more raw power than Xavier hence why she has the Omega tag. And again Omega simply means unlimited "potential", so while Jean and Quintin's raw power level may exceed Xavier's it doesn't mean they are "better" telepaths.
