I'm not mad at it, but think some costume updates are in order.

My flag is bacon.
Duggan rescues Rogue! I loved how he wrote her in Uncanny Avengers. The team is good, would've liked maybe a couple more obscure choices but I'll be buying it regardless.
Feels like they could have changed Jean into something that fit the aesthetic of the rest of the team but whatever
Also glad my hopes for the idea of the book seem to be on the money: an X-Men team that's from Krakoa but also protects the earth as well. Maybe the dream isn't dead after all?

Another relaunch of X-men 1 .They should make it Uncanny x-men 1
Pretty lack luster roster but happy Synch is in the mix
I'm not mad at it.
Just make sure Synch's rainbow aura is front and center!

The lineup is excellent. A lot of A List characters and also ones overdue for better exposure. Not to mention a lot of great dynamics and history between some of them and others I want to see dived in more (Laura and almost everyone on the lineup).
My only quarrel is the costumes on most of the women outside Laura. Seriously where’s Jumbo Carnation when you need him??!
Emma Frost, Rogue, Felicia Hardy, Helena Bertinelli, Allison Blaire, Barbara Gordon, Monica Rambeau, Carol Danvers, Illyana Rasputin, Ororo Munroe, Harleen Quinzel, Lorna Dane, Irene Adler, Kate Kane, Rachel Grey Summers, Jean Grey, Diana Prince, Barbara Ann Minerva, Donna Troy, Jennifer Walters, Gwen Stacy, Wanda Maximoff = PERFECTION!
I really want to know why the hell they are so insistent on putting Jean in that costume.
Eh, I disagree. Synch is able to copy powers without harming or weakening anyone while Rogue is more... vampiric in her absorption. I never liked Carey's interpretation that Rogue could "borrow" a power without a real cost, even if she didn't intend to harm the person she was absorbing they should at least not be functioning at 100%.
Anyway this is a moot point, since there is overlap between Jean and Lorna, Scott and Shiro, etc... if you want to get technical. Just because there is some overlap doesn't mean the powers act in the same way.
I actually really like that they are one the same time, it allows Duggan to show their specializations and differences in a clear way.
Finally! So excited to see Laura and Rogue on this book!
