Who should replace Polaris on X-Factor and Rogue on Excalibur

Honestly, im hoping for a cast shuffle and new artist for Excalibur BUT now that I've read some comments it would probably be best to have Tini write a smaller team and focus on the characters she does have; on the flip side she'll probably just bring in characters like Malice and give them a whole back story instead of having the team members do anything.

EDIT: I think Si Spurrier or Al Ewing should take over Excalibur.

I wonder how pre orders are going for X-CORP.

EDIT Part 2: Now that I think about it again they should just double down on Excalibur being a Braddock book w/ Betsy, Brian, and Meggan and possibly three other charactes that make sense to be there. Rictor, Jubilee, and Gambit don't make any sense.
