Default Which Quicksilver solo series would you recommend

I just finished Peter David’s X Factor run from the 90s and I’m looking to read up on more Quicksilver.
Would you recommend Avengers: Quicksilver from 99 or the Quicksilver No Surrender run?

I liked the No Surrender miniseries but it's light on plot and more of a character study.

I actually liked the 90's series. It's nothing amazing but not bad. there's quite a lot of X characters that appear. the Acolytes and Exodus are around.

No Surrender is good but a bit light on action.

For all House of M was garbage, Son of M, the mini-series focussing on Quicksilver afterwards, and the one-shot X-Factor: The Quick and the Dead are good Pietro stories (Son of M is a bit confusing at times though)

No surrender is a character based series, the plot is something fairly simple but Saladin Ahmed put his all in the characterisation and it paid off imho.
