    Maybe it's a resurrected Korvac.
Korvac is in Iron Man right now, maybe this is all connected.

Saw an interesting theory that it might be Black Bolt,
since the Progenitors are created in Royals, and Ewing might touch on that,
Inhumans controlling the Progenitors, could be something.

Thanks for the heads up, I can wait till the issues are in Unlimited so I can read about what Korvac's doing now.

Would feel weird on why he is sending them out to attack them. Unless it is revenge on the Kree, but Doom is the one who sent those ones.

My first thought was of Ultron Pym. But, maybe it is tied to the Progenitors.

When we last see Ultron Pym, he was defeated by Tony Stark and imprisoned, (that was Dan Slott's run)
and Hank Pym's soul is still somewhere in the Soul Gem? (As according to Gerry Duggen's run, but I could be wrong)

According to Slott's run, Pym actually died when he merged with Ultron, so the Soul fragment in the Soul Stone wasn't actually him, but (I guess) part of Ultron's soul (as much as that can be said to be a thing) thinking it was Pym. It's confusing and these ideas seemingly directly contradictory with each other, but Slott's retcon came later so I guess it takes precedence. The Soul in the Stone was eaten by Devondra (or whatever the weird spider-thing's name was) anyway, so it's a moot point.
    Wanna make somethin' of it?

What even happened to the Inhumans after "Death"?

If I had to guess this is related to the Skrull fire cult from Guardians #13, though I don't know who the mystery figure would be.

It is complicated, most aparently died and are in hiding, for some reason (though it is apparently becuase people didn't like them because Donny Cates "tried"), some more answers might come up in F4 in May since Crystal is to be in that, and Darkhold has Black Bolt.

First glance: One of the Kangs, Immortus, Scarlet Centurion redux or something like that.

My hope: Thoth Amon. They brought Conan to the current age. Might as well reimagine his greatest foe for the modern era as well.

What's this Hellfire Gala in Ewing's Sword series that the promo on the Marvel website talks about? Maybe this old friend is one of the versions Kang since he and Doom got pretty friendly in Cantwell's Doom series.

S.W.O.R.D. #7 will take place immediately following the Hellfire Gala. The party is over...but not all the guests have gone home. Victor Von Doom is staying for dinner. Be there as he catches up with an old friend… just as THE LAST ANNIHILATION hits!

Hellfire Gala is an X-Men event on Hickman's side for Reign of X.
