Oliver could take it at the quickdraw, unless Falcon has shown off some new reaction feats in his show?

Admittedly I'm not up to speed on Oliver's feats, but Falcon with his wings keeps up with MCU supersoldiers just fine in his show. He's also been blocking fire with them since forever. He hasn't shot anyone yet though, but will "full gear" he should be going full auto.

What Twik said : Falcon with his suit deals just fine with supersoldiers and blocks gunfire multiple times an episode. He'll take this, especially as he also carries pistols, automatic weapons and homing weapons other than redwing.

I suppose Falcon could actually beat super soldiers with his setup, he did legitimately beat War Machine where else Cap needed plot to beat Iron Man
