I forgot to mention I'm loving David Aja's covers for X-Corp but they definitely give me Wildcats 3.0 vibes, appropriately enough as that was the first high-profile exploration of the "corporate superheroes" concept.
Leah mentioned somewhere on twitt that she is dropping X-Factor and bringing in two books from August
Way of X and Wolverine are the only books I am interested in I guess. Hickman was keeping me on board with X-Men(even if it was subpar by his standards) but I just can't stand how Duggan writes. Its good riddance with Cable getting cancelled but he doesn't deserve X-Men. Not after how Hickman left things without writing his own plot.
Dammit!!! I'd be ALL up in WoX if Cammuncoli was doing interior art.
Lord Ewing *Praise His name! Uplift Him in song!* Your divine works will be remembered and glorified in worship for all eternity. Amen!
I hope X-Factor isn't cancelled because the premise is a great one... but I reeeeeealy want a new creative team. Even though they both launched the title, Williams and Baldeon just aren't doing it for me.
Are we not going to talk about that Hellions cover?
Methinks John Proudstar's DNA is taking over! (Also Segovia's best cover work to date!)
X-Men
New Mutants
X-Force
Wolverine
Excalibur
Way of X
X-Corp
SWORD
I'm okay with the renumbering, it's going to be a very different comic compared to what Hickman was doing. In fact, I probably wouldn't call it the flagship book but a primary and important book.
Surprised that New Mutants is continuing, I don't mind, it's fast becoming one of the best books from this era.
