It's funny how Tan being wooden in this movie is such a consistent complaint given he was praised for being so energetic in Iron Fist.



I don't know if this is a result of the direction and writing or Tan's own limits as an actor.

I legit did not know that was Lewis Tan.

He was great in this. Even though it was brief, it was one of the highlights of a very boring series.

Smoke is Slavic (Czech Republic to be specific) and Sektor is Asian. Sektor is the son of the Lin Kuei grand master.

Yeah? Wasn't it based on a specific Pokemon game? I liked Sonic better though. I don't know if I'd go to bat for a specific movie for being "really good" but I'd think we've come a way from the Mario movie days. I don't know what the Borderlands game is about but just the cast for the upcoming movie has my interest.

I think "really good" isn't a bar we've hit yet. But we've come a long way from "kill it with fire" like in the 90s and 00s.

Oh yeah a visual treat definitely, but I thought it started to falter when they reach the church, I guess like how some thought Mortal Kombat went to sleep when reaching Raiden's temple.

I think "really good" isn't a bar we've hit yet. But we've come a long way from "kill it with fire" like in the 90s and 00s.
