According to wikipedia it says that a new film is being made under 20th Century Studios which is owned by Disney and apparently it will take place during the American Civil War

This is to be expected. We have no way of knowing what may be going on behind the scenes. Disney bought into a labyrinth of IP rights due to Marvel's prior management selling things off piecemeal. I'm not ready to paint them as the villain in this case yet. The legal aspects are complicated and the work on that alone is quite costly, knowing how lawyers charge The progress is slow and so far they have made some steps. Past owners of Marvel made some bad deals out of desperation, like giving over distribution rights to Universal for Hulk even if Disney does make a Hulk solo film.

I still get a bit nostalgic when watching a movie and the Fox fanfare plays. I thought it was clever when for "Bohemian Rhapsody" it was arranged and played by Brian May. Not sure if Roger Taylor added the the drums/cymbals

I'm more impressed that Disney allowed something like 'Falcon & Winter Soldier' to happen rather than say it happened because of them. Usually, this is the kind of thing that would make an exec nervous and racism usually trumps profit. Representation is important but we must always be vary of large corporations, especially one that is scarily close to being a monopoly like Disney, who wants to lull into a false sense of security while shafting the creators who made the IP's that they are making billions out of.
Disney is a Corporation. Pledging eternal love to a corporation is weird.
