I’d say it’s probably just a bunch of new guys, even the Thanagarian is most likely not Carter. If anything I’d just expect characters who look or are similar to characters that were in his Legion of Superheroes run.

ANd yeah, that's basically the brigade as seen in Superman 28 then, with perhaps new members. I like it. DC is finally working on their cosmic side !

Also, i'm betting it'll be Utopica on the loose, not Zaar (but I do like Zaar, actually).
