In before someone asks how much money Luke is owed.
I think Savage Dragon is notably stronger than Luke.
Tick’s strength level is a lot more of a fuzzy question. I’m really not sure. But his durability is obscene.

is the feat where the Tick gets punched into orbit and survives both that, the reentry, and impact a comic feat or from the animated show? Cause stuff like that is WAY out of someone like Luke Cage's paygrade
