Yeah okay stop right there.....your telling me the mayor who is anti-mask/vigilante has just suddenly publicly hired on a known psychotic criminal, who admits to his criminal background, to run criminal reform. Man it made sense when Saint was keeping it secret that he was working with Scarecrow but this is just kind of stupid on the Mayor's part.

I mean would it kill some of the governments in comics to stop hiring known psychotic criminals and murders to run institutions or cities.

I get Punchline is a viral sensation, but putting her in the same league as Joker and Two-Face? When she was basically just Joker's lieutenant?

I mean, even if it's just recent stuff, how about Bane? Or Riddler?
