The Utopian is fine at a 10. We can also add their individual power ups from the Island as items.

Trajectory used a prototype of Velocity 9 on its own, it worked fine aside from disintegrating her in the end.

When should I post my team by the way? I'm not sure if I should wait for the store and try to outrace other people or if I'm supposed to post it before everyone buys for this round.

You should post your team before the store opens so people don't pick your items.

Then when the store opens you will have 2 credits to keep or spend.

Unless you want to wait for the store to open so any new items are included, but you risk getting out bought.

It's up to you!

Technically it was still a suit made for Luthor so either way is correct.

I'm a little concerned if Utopian is to powerful for our power curve, flying to iowa, and searching the entire state almost before Hutch could react is prime blitzing speed at the distances we work at.

Maybe a 7 or 8 for this? It straight up freezes time for most people. I think a bee's wings where still flapping, during a freeze but it is fast.

It took 10-15 seconds after the teleporter jumped for him to find him, and we already have Flash who moves at lightspeed, and Superman who is a little slower than that, but we can put it to a vote.

His power up from the Island won't be available as an item as that would blow away the curve for items.

It's certainly fast from a regular person's point of view, but it's not faster than a few machs so it's pretty ordinary for a speedster. Even with the fact that it can be used as an upgrade taken into account I don't think I could really justify pricing it higher than Daphne, who's considerably faster and is a 7.

The movie was just more generous about showing them do stuff in hypertime than most fiction involving superspeed, which makes it seem faster than it was.

It also stacks poorly with a lot of other live-action speedsters because it destabilizes molecules if stacked on something similar, so if a speedster from say Flash tried to use it you could argue that they'd just collapse into a pile of goo.

Isn't that basically just a character?

When she was a genie she had more power then when she was just a demon. She was bound to grant three wishes to the person holding the lamp. When she was wished freed from the lamp she returned to being just a demon, limited to her demonic powers. The lamp trapped the person who wished for the genie’s freedom.
