She didn’t have the restrictions that the genie from Aladdin did. The charm genies could grant wishes for death and life.

I was going to say "Discount Iceman" until it showed she wasn't just freezing it, she was literally turning it to ice.

And she was strong enough to punch through a thick wall of ice. Ice is pretty hard to break like that, especially when it's thick.

*looks again* Or is that supposed to be glass? The way she put her coat over her arm before punching through it, like she's afraid it'll be sharp and cut her might suggest glass.

Glass. She is shown turning organic and inorganic things into glass with her breathe.

I'd say 5. It's a cool power but fairly close range and she herself isn't physically above base human.

As for the Unthethred Double item and Clerics Glass powered girl they have until the store opens to have their questions answered so until then they are out.

Its basically an evil clone in a red jumpsuit with scissors. I specified human so we don't get any superman clones or whatever.
