From 1939-1948 Stately Wayne Manor was located in "the beating heart of the metropolis" and then again from 1969 to 1982 he operated out of the basement of the Wayne Foundation Building. More recently he once again operated out of the Batbunker from 1998-2000 when Wayne Manor was destroyed by a massive earth quake, Batman then returns to the bunker(though technically with Dick Grayson under the cowl) in 2009 and stays there until 2011 and then after Hush blew up the weapons cache in Batman Eternal Bruce spends most of 2014 and 2015 in the bunker again.
Then why doesnt he live in or near that bunker?

Seems like the main one is just below his home, and the garage is six blocks away with other micro caves with other vehicles and equipment spread through out the city.

If you say they are "secret bunkers", they are not secret at all. People find out the holes already. Bad idea building a "secret bunkers" underneath city streets.

And then the garage (possibly underground garage) is said to be connected to the tunnels underneath the city. These tunnels are never that secret to begin with. Tunnels underneath city streets that are big enough for a car to go through can hardly be secret tunnels.

Because people find out already the mini caves. The tunnels that are connected to the garage are also public infrastructure. They were never secret passages.

super villains have in the past when it suited the purposes of the narrative, but they've done the same with the cave as well so what's your point?

Because its dumb. How do you defend using public infrastructure as secret passage way?

It's no more unrealistic than anything else Batman does.

Yes, I'd expect it out towards the end of the year, assuming the first arc is like 6 issues.

I still cant get over the "He is Old money, the Worth Family built half Gotham" because isnt that every rich guy that is in Gotham?
I feel like every new Writer has at least once a Rich guy in Gotham that is "Old Money" from a Family that "built half of Gotham".

Its not criticism or so, its just something that when i read it, i burst out laughing loud because that was definitly not the first time i heard this description.
