X-men poc men of power: Synch and sunfire

I'm pleasantly have brought to the forefront of the main X-Men title two POC mutants heroes who happen to be straight and powerful. Yes, I'm glad that straight female and LBGTQ
characters have been at the forefront of most X-Men titles. But in the past years of Dotard, Geoge Floyd, and Asian-American hate crimes, African-American and Asian-American boys can participate in the pantheon of mythical heroes.

Synch once killed off in the '90s was not forgotten but has returned as a potential mutant superman with his ability to absorb powers from mutant to non-mutant.

Sunfire, who Dave Cockrum introduced him the 80's as some World War II caricature. But over the years he has casually joined the heroes from Avengers and most recently more into the X-Men titles. I would love to see how Shiro Yoshida evolved from a trope to a more worldly hero.

So I look forward to how Hickman fleshes out Everett and Shiro.
