Seriously. Ali should be the Met Gala Rihanna or Gaga for this event. Being a pop singer and having a strong fashion showing in the past, she should be the diva with the most intricate outlandish costume above everyone else. Instead she’s in some boring figure skater costume.

LOL, Aaron didn't make it up. Rachel had a blue version of the Phoenix Force during War of the Kings. IIRC, the writer called it the Phenix Echo.

Echo is not invited. No Fauxenix allowed. I'm glad that the Avengers can get out from under the pile of meh that Aaron's buried them in for at least one issue, even if it's not an Avengers issue.

Wait like Ronin Maya? Um, fine. I guess if the Phoenix is just going to go to anyone now going to her is not the worst. I drop his Avengers pretty early on, but the panels floating around online with the Phoenix are just ugh.

Assuming it is Tempo how did she get stuck with that job? A big gala is about to go down and she got saddled with being the door person. Whoever (Emma/Kitty/ect) approached her to be the glorified usher should have been met with a demonstrative "go f**k yourself". I mean really, Tempo should not be the door girl; she should be showing out at the gala.

Sucks for Echo that the only way Marvel seems to be able to promote her onto the Avengers is always through some other character’s legacy or identity. Hopefully the Disney+ Hawkeye series will raise her profile.

On the Frenzy/Tempo/CeCe debate. I think it makes much more sense it is Frenzy cause of her position on SWORD. I just think its a change of outfit.
