How improve WW's position if rights become public domain like mickey and winnie?

Since the first mickey and winnie are public domain now, and people are able to use them in different vways. How could WW's position could be improved if she becomes public domain?

It'd entirely depend on the creatives who chose to make use of what WW's stuff falls into public domain, which granted in WW's case would be quite a lot even given how much the WW mythos itself uses a lot of public domain concepts already.

Just going off 2036, when the first WW issue enters the PD, it'd be that version of Wonder Woman, Steve, those versions of Hippolyta and the Amazons, "Paradise Island", the "Diana Prince" identity. And a lot of other WW concepts would follow quickly in the year after (Etta, Paula von Gunther, Dr. Poison, Duke of Deception). Wouldn't be surprised if some indy creators jump on it.

Maybe someone will tell a Wonder Woman story that's good. But they'll be a lot of garbage too, and porn will sadly probably be the first public domain use.

At the end of the day what DC continues to do with the character after it goes public domain will still be more important and widely read than any public domain use.

It's hard to say, we don't even know what her position at DC will be by that point. But it certainly wouldn't hurt.

True that especially with most recent characters like poor Winnie and friends...a very low grade horror movie that has somehow managed to spawn a sequel. Mickey has one on the way as do Bambi and I forget the next one.

You think there is a better chance that things will be bad? Well to me, Most of WW's treatment has been bad and she is not a public domain figure yet.

Exactly. And in the JSA animated film. So if it doesnt matter when she goes into public domain......just sayin

JSA's problem was that it had a thoroughly dull Warrior Woman interpretation in just a pseudo-Golden Age outfit rather than the modern battle skirt.
