What moments or story from DC Comics made you emotional or resonated with you in a genuine profound way. For All Star Superman, specifically this moment.
I still get teary eyed reading that to this day.

"I love mankind...it's people I can't stand!!"
- Charles Schultz.
The death of Sarah Essen hit me like a kick to the balls.
"My name is Wally West. I'm the fastest man alive!"
I'll try being nicer if you try being smarter.
- Supergirl dying in Superman's arms in "Crisis"
- The "Venado Bay" issue of "The Legion of Superheroes". Rokk recalls his time during the Braal/Imsk war after Imsk set off a bomb that negated their natural magnetic powers and caused a lot of his comrades to explode. As Rokk talks about being near delirious, we get to see that he actually ran into Salu and he's the one who takes out her eye, leaving the scar on her face that we've seen the whole time, but never knew where it came from and why she never had it fixed. Now we know. The part where she's just lost here eye, yet pleading to her comrades to not kill Rokk always gets me.

No particular moment in mind but Superman: Secret Identity is one of the most intimate DC comics I've read. The contemplative guy getting some perspective on life, by floating way up in a city, or in space. Life as a canvas you know.
Definitely Final Night, when Ferro was rescued by Parallax (T^T):

Wonder Woman spreading Myndi Mayer’s ashes from Annual #2.
Shazam sacrificing himself in Kingdom Come
Deadman saying goodbye to Dove in Brightest Day.
There are probably some other ones I can think of, but these are the ones that popped up to me first.

The Nearness of You from Astro City 1/2 is probably the most emotionally moving comic I've ever read
