After reading S.W.O.R.D.#7 it has only been confirmed to me that Fabian Cortez killed Wanda
I am a Marvel fan preferably cosmic storylines, especially Thanos or Dark Phoenix related, when both the Avengers and the X-Men are involved count me in, loved the original Uncanny Avengers series.
Not a fan of any of the new characters.

Why do you think so? I donīt know if he would be able to defeat her unless he used his powers to agument her own like he did with Magneto but when she was found she looked like she was strangled.

Fabian Cortez is one of the six who has access to the new metal mysterium, as revealed in S.W.O.R.D. #7, mysterium renders magical powers ineffective which is no doubt the reason Wanda is fleeing and as seen in Way of X #3 Cortez loves nothing better than choking an victim and he was probably wearing his replica Magneto helmet whilst killing Wanda.

This would explain Nemesis analysis on Fabian about him being more dangerous after being left out of SWORD. Itīs very probable it was him, the only question I would have are when he had time to go for the mysterium and how did he know Wanda was with Magneto and where did Magneto go after Wanda and him ended their meeting but I could see him being guilty.

Agreed still accoding to Way of X Wanda and Magneto talked and danced for a while before she was attacked, Fabian could have begun his attack when she turned to leave but Magneto would have noticed something wasnīt right because she died close to the building of the party and he would not have left her there. Maybe they separated at some point after their talk and Wanda went to see Tommy but curiously the books have been careful not to show Magneto after that talk he had with Wanda so him being absent must be an important part of the story.

The X-Men find Wanda’s body. They think Magneto did it, and seek him out. Magneto confronts the Council because he thinks that one of them killed Wanda. Lorna sides with the X-Men against Magneto when they confront him. Magneto injures Lorna in front of everyone. This act of child abuse convinces the X-Men further that Magneto killed Wanda. Magneto and Lorna are permanently estranged. Professor X informs the Avengers that Magneto killed Wanda on his own, and that the act was not the will of Krakoa.
I have no idea what might fool Rachel's psychometric powers other than a powerful psychic entity such as Onslaught or Shadow King, or someone using magic to obfuscate the killer.
I really hope the story doesn't go this way. Mainly cause it's so generic and by the books. I want there to be actual evidence pointing to Magneto. I'm hopeful and fearful at the same time.
My theory to how this could work without just becoming an accusation/missunderstanding fest is that someone is framing Magneto here. I also speculate that Magneto is wearing his solo book outfit cause he's setting out to find the culprit on his own, much like that book was all about retaliation. I think the Lorna injury is a misslead of the promos and it happens in a different confrontation.
Uhhh….the Wundagorian girlies might need to touch some grass, I fear.
Like….LMAOOOOOO.
