Thanks. Didn't all of the former Charlton characters reside in Hub City?

No. Just Dan Garrett, Ted Kord, and Vic Sage.

When Charlton was bought by DC, Ted Kord was moved to Chicago. I am not sure about Dan Garrett as he's been largely unused. Vic remains at Hub City, visa vi his last mini series.

There was a one shot published by AC Comics starring the Question, Blue Beetle, Caprain Atom, and Night Shade called Americomics Special where they form a team in Hub City.

Where were Captain Atom and Night Shade based in the old Charlton comics?

As an agent of the government Captain Atom moved around a lot from issue to issue. (Florida, D.C., Texas)

Nightshade first appears in Captain Atom comics, and is eventually given back page stories. She is located in D.C.

If Philadelphia (where I live) were in the DC Universe, would it be called "Liberty City"? HA!
