Default Native Americans/Mestizos/Métis of the MU!!

Here is a thread (much like the one found on the DC boards) dedicated to discussing the characters in the Marvel Universe belonging to the Native American race (counting Mestizos and Métis as well since they are also visibly Native). Some of the characters might be up for debate but I’m more than willing to explain why they were included

NATIVE AMERICAN: A member of any of the indigenous peoples of North, Central, and South America (ie Cree, Navajo, Aztec, Mayan, Inca, Quechua...etc)

MESTIZO: (In Latin America) A person of mixed race, especially one having Spanish and indigenous descent.

MÉTIS: (Especially in western Canada) a person of mixed indigenous and Euro-American ancestry

    Ghost Rider and Mirage first
    Then Forge, Warpath and Reptil

I also wish Marvel did more with American Eagle and Puma (most underated Spider-Man villain/antivillain)
Bringing back the old, killing the young: that's the Marvel way

I've mentioned this in other subs but I think Marvel falls short with Native American heroes outside the x-men. Mestizo heroes seem to be a bit more common

X-Men has some really amazing Native characters, probably the best in all of comics! They lack Mestizos though. Outside of Turok and Nightwolf, Forge was the only other Native character I was familiar with growing up.

I have only a little knowledge of Turok and Nightwolf. I am most familiar with Warpath of any Native American Marvel heroes. The other comics need more Native American diversity, although the Avengers have a few heroes, like Echo

As for Mestizos, I know the new Nova is on Champions, and Ghost Rider is on Avengers. I'm trying to remember any on the X-Men

I liked Warpath in the recent issues of New Mutants. His data pages were well written, giving him a distinct voice. I'm curious how his dynamic with Warlock gets explored.

I liked Robbie more in Agents of Shield than in the comics. I liked Reptil in Avengers Academy and curious if he can make the jump to solo lead.

I hope some of these characters get live action adaptations. I know Reyes did, but I'd like to see him interact with the wider MCU

Marvel has a lot of good Native American characters.

Demon Rider, Ghost Dancer, Echo, Werewolf by Night (Jake Gomez), America Eagle, Puma, Black Crow, Red Wolf, Supermax, Thunderbird, Portal, Redstone and Warpath to name a few.

    The Upcoming Captain America/Joe Gomez.

Warpath was only a minor cameo in DoFP. Hopefully he gets something more substantial.

Anyway, good list! I hope these guys get as much popularity as the current MCU heroes

There are some more superheroes that were live action(non mcu and mcu non canon shows) but these were race/ethnic swapped or not from the comics but created only for live action.

Upcoming but race and gender swapped.
    MCU
    Ajak/Eternals

Flash thompson who is at times a superhero in comics, cartoon and games (agent venom) was race swapped in the mcu but not a superhero.
