Jumping Back In, Recommendations Following My Post Please

Hello all, there was a time when I collected, and than I didn't.

Well I want in and asking for some help from you all.

Some things to note, I am overall knowledgeable with main and key events from Batman Canon, Crisis and Flashpoint I'm a little ignorant.

I decided to start with:

-DC Universe Rebirth Deluxe
-Batman Rebirth Deluxe Book 1, 2, 3, 4, 5

I have on my wish list deluxe classics like:
-Year One
-The Man who Laughs
-Long Halloween
-Death in the Family
This will get expanded on, my main goal is gain some quick catch up. Im big into canon story arcs and continuity and want to fill in key
missing plots and events mainly centered on Batman that goes deep into the canonical continuity.

For that my current wish list is:

-New 52 vol 1-10
-Batman/Flash: the button Deluxe

The reason I like Deluxe editions is, it collects the work for me. Though I also understand I have to fill in some gaps myself but that will come with time I guess.

If you're looking to jump into reading a new ongoing I'd say pick up the run on Detective comics that just started; it has a classic feel while still being new and compelling.

Batman Rebirth Deluxe 1 contain one part of a crossover. To get the others, get Detective and Nightwing as well.

The issues in The Button is already included in Batman Rebirth. You only need to get The Flash Rebirth.

New 52 Batman Vol. 6 has a story that is the aftermath of Batman Incorporated and a story set during the event of Batman Eternal. The main story is in New 52 Batman Incorporated Vol. 1-2 and Batman Eternal Vol. 1-3. Eternal is after Incorporated.
