The presence, source, and overvoid have each been called the supreme being of dc, I've heard people say they're separate beings while others have said there all the same being, are there any definitive answers?

Morrison was very vague about Overvoid so I don't think that we can know for sure, but my impression always was that all three are same thing.
The Overvoid, or OverMonitor, is basically a representation of the blank page. It encopasses every uni-multi-omniverse there is because everything happens "inside the page".
The Source is basically creative impulse. It's whatever gets thrown in the page, it's what is beyond the reach of whoever is inside the comic.
The Presence is whoever created the Universe, so it's the guy/entity that "makes" the source for lack of a better take.
For practical effects, though, they can all be considered the same thing unless any particular story has some very specific commentary to make about any of them.
ConnEr Kent flies. ConnOr Hawke has a bow. Batman's kid is named DamiAn.
