Hopefully one of these can be seen by anyone.
I see all three. Chaykin clearly based the image on Lester Young and his unique half-sideways way of holding his sax. In fact, Chaykin may have used this photo for reference, but the sax came out looking more impressionistic than realistic.

Hmm, tough choice. Couldn't find a sousaphone though.

I think restorative nostalgia is the number one issue with comic book fans.
A fine distinction between two types of Nostalgia:

Reflective Nostalgia allows us to savor our memories but accepts that they are in the past
Restorative Nostalgia pushes back against the here and now, keeping us stuck trying to relive our glory days.

Namor toots his horn as he pleases

He's getting a little payback from Doom from a widely circulated meme

but this is the original dialog

The source of that meme panel is in this article The Toot Heard 'round the World Credit to the author of the article Susana Polo for tracking that down.

Maiden, that horn is clearly made out of shell and not brass, so your cover is disqualified.

    Just kidding, good cover!
There came a time when the Old Gods died! The Brave died with the Cunning! The Noble perished locked in battle with unleashed Evil! It was the last day for them! An ancient era was passing in fiery holocaust!

You notice how quickly Doom seized the horn hanging above his head prompted by a childish urge to blow into a horn he just saw before Namor could do anything.

Some stories are quite strange sometimes…
“Strength is the lot of but a few privileged men; but austere perseverance, harsh and continuous, may be employed by the smallest of us and rarely fails of its purpose, for its silent power grows irresistibly greater with time.” Goethe

They sure are! Those panels come from a children's comic Spidey Super Stories that Marvel published in cooperation with a PBS children's show called the Electric Company.
