    I thought when they formed the Quiet Council (before Kitty joined) that psionically, Kurt was the weakest link in the chain and if I was them, I’d have got Jean or Emma or Chuck to fit him with bright shiny new psionic shields. Or at the very least an early warning system to show if he’d been compromised.

    I suppose Mystique is a weak link too, but I don’t care if she gets her brain fried, it might improve her temperament.

    I like Kurt finally being seen as some sort of opposition. Its been a while and rather than in bits and pieces we are getting a full story and focus on him without the constant competition that usually leaves Kurt to be put on hold. Of course I may just be getting excited ahead of time. I haven't read the issue yet.
