How Powerful Is Kryptonian Heat Vision At Max Possible Power?

I'm curious, can any of the Kryptonians after sun dipping for a long time out blast say Darkseid's Omega Beams? And what else can they do with max heat vision? I've read so many SM and SM Family stuff, but I can't recall much of an answer.

Also, how immune to another Kryptonian's heat vision; I vaguely recall not entirely,but I'm not sure.
