I love the other Robins and such but am trying to go for the beautiful original core concept, less so derivative characters, so in spite of their contributions and individuality ... I'm also trying to avoid villains/rogues gallery here and stick to supporting.
Barbara Gordon. Harvey Bullock (particularly in TAS). Vicki Vale for the functionality of a reporter in the Gotham kind of landscape. And last but not least Lucius Fox.
Retro315 no more. Anonymity is so 2005.

Alfred - Always polished but with quips that can put Bruce, Damian and pretty much everyone else in their place. The understated Patriarch of the Wayne Family.
Dick Grayson - To me, it always felt like Dick is what pulled the BatFam into the broader DCU. He has a strong bond with practically everyone.
Damian - I think he has done wonders for the bat line and given Bruce, Dick, The Al Ghuls and the rest of the Bat Clan a shot in the arm long needed. A spark plug that plays off well with every character he shares page time with. He's got a pronounced dynamic with so many major players in the DCU (even outside of the Bat Clan) Talia Al Ghul, Ra's Al Ghul, Superman, Lois Lane, Jon Kent, Deathstroke, Green Arrow are just some of the more memorable dynamics.
Talia Al Ghul - The ultimate Femme Fatale. She is SO good at manipulating just about everyone. This woman out-schemed Lex Luthor. And while her and Bruce are over, to an extent she still has her hooks in him. He ALWAYS lets her go. Even after all she's done, helping her Father unleash the Ebola virus on Gotham, Attacking the Justice League and the world during the Tower of Babel, joining the Society (they are the group that dropped Chemo on Bludhaven) and the list goes on. Her influence and connection to the Bat Family is amazing.
Barbara Gordon - I love both Gordon's but I have a special place in my heart for Barbara. Her time as Oracle, her relationship with Nightwing. Her sense of perseverance, her innate heroism. She's determined, intrepid and resourceful.
Harley Quinn - playful, dangerous and for some reason, she always has the ability to make me smile.

Once upon a time, Tim would have been A LOT higher than that. Like....#2 or #3 at the very least (hell, before Damian came along, he was #1). But I just haven't been feeling his direction, or lack thereof, over the past couple of years.
