Default Golden Age Bulletman (Jim Barr) Appreciation <from Fawcett Comics> 2021

First appearance = Nickel Comics #1 (May 17, 1940) from Fawcett Comics

And his first appearance in a new story from DC Comics was Justice League of America #135 (October 1976):

He had a lot of good cover art in his early appearances.

I think I liked his earlier costumes...but I liked Bullet Dog too. I'm not making that up.

He's in the public domain now.

How on earth could this character be revived today?

Not just the first time I saw those two (BTW, didn't he also pitch for the Giants back in the '70s ), but that was also the first JLA comic I ever bought.

That’s very stylized Golden Age art. You don’t see that often. Very cool.
