In Wow Comics #4, Mr. Scarlet would get a kid sidekick: Pinky the Whiz Kid (who was Mr. Scarlet's son Pinky).

Actually, how much of the Fawcett line DC "purchased" is up for debate.

And there's also a problem of how many writers / artists want to use the older non-DC heroes, not to mention how the might get "used" when they're not being ignored.

Many Fawcett characters are in the public domain. Anyone can use them.
