It seems to be a common belief among the Big 2 that antagonizing the readership this way will somehow drive sales.

Yeah, they'd get publicity, but that doesn't translate to people reading it - at least not legitimately. I bet all it does is drive piracy as people who wouldn't otherwise read it go looking for it.

This is evidently where we JSA fans are right now is it better that everyone gets
killed or to stay in limbo?
This is starting to remind me of the old days of the JSA-JLA
crossover, where I would just read and reread the JSA dialogue over again. Studying
all of the artist rendering of which JSA member interacted with other people. I don't think
we aren't at that point yet.
DC is dead to me... I want to read a JSA created by a writer, not a bunch of corporate d**ks

For the powers that be... Now if only the JSA was public domain and I would be reading some excellent Dark Horse version right now!
Of course when the custodians for AT&T bring back the JSA, <MY> Dr Fate will be absent and it will be about a bunch of characters I'm not really interested in... like that horrendous Justice Society: World War II which makes me wonder who the hell signed off on that story?
Or it will be BATMAN presents the Justice Society of America
And yes... I'm bored!

I want Roh’kar to be on the earth-two version of the JSA as the team’s own Martian manhunter...simply called manhunter
He is a white Martian from a Mars that still has a ton of life
He resembles the young justice iteration of Ma'alefa'ak
Currently(or soon to be) Reading: Alan Scott: Green Lantern, Batman/Superman: World's Finest, Fire & Ice: Welcome to Smallville, Green Arrow, Green Lantern, Jay Garrick: The Flash, Justice Society of America, Power Girl, Superman, Shazam, Titans, Wesley Dodds: Sandman, Wonder Woman, & World's Finest: Teen Titans.
