Rise Turtles can likely flatten pretty much anything that Alucard, Sypha and Trevor took out.
Their sheer speed and stealth alone is a big old advantage.

The 2003 Turtles (with their chi unlocked) and the Rise Turtles are outside Death's paygrade.

and considering that they had to fight the one true shredder, who treated the TMNT version of superman like an utter joke, they had be that beefy.
